How to Change Your cPanel Password

It’s important to use a strong and secure password for your cPanel account. Follow these steps to change it.

Step 1: Log in to the Client Area

  1. Sign in to your Client Area. (Need help? See "How to Login to The Client Area or Click here to login.")

  2. At the top of the page, click "My Services".

Step 2: Find Your Hosting Account

  1. You’ll see a list of your hosting accounts.

  2. Locate the account you want to update.

  3. On the far right, under "View Details", click the small icon.

Step 3: Change Your Password

  1. Scroll down to find your current username and password section.

  2. Enter your new password in the provided field.

  3. Remember: This also updates your FTP access password.

Step 4: Exit Securely

  • Click Logout (top right) or close your browser.

  • If using a public computer, always log out for security.
