How to Access and Use Webmail in cPanel

There are two ways to access Webmail:

1️⃣ Directly from your browser

  • Type http://yourdomain.com/webmail/ (replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain).

  • Enter your email address and password.

2️⃣ Through cPanel (Follow the steps below)


Step 1: Login to cPanel

  • Go to http://yourdomain.com/cpanel.

  • Enter your username and password.

  • On the main cPanel page, scroll down to the Mail section.


Step 2: Access Webmail

  • Click on the Webmail icon.

  • Click Go To Webmail Login.


Step 3: Choose a Webmail Program

You will see three Webmail options:
Horde
SquirrelMail (used in this tutorial)
Roundcube

Click on SquirrelMail to proceed.


Step 4: Navigating SquirrelMail

1️⃣ Inbox – View received emails.
2️⃣ Options – Customize display settings.
3️⃣ Folders – Create and manage email folders.
4️⃣ Addresses – Store commonly used contacts.
5️⃣ Compose – Click to write and send a new email.


Step 5: Sending an Email

✔ Click Compose.
✔ Enter the recipient’s email address.
✔ Fill in the subject and message.
✔ Click Send.

???? To use saved contacts, click Addresses, select recipients, and click Use Addresses.


Step 6: Managing Emails

✔ Click Inbox to view new messages.
✔ To delete an email:

  • Check the box next to the message.

  • Click Delete.
    ✔ To move an email:

  • Select a message.

  • Choose a folder from the dropdown.

  • Click Move.


Step 7: Logging Out Securely

✔ Click Sign Out (top right corner).
✔ If using a public computer, ALWAYS log out for security.

Now you know how to access and use Webmail via cPanel or directly through your browser!
