Auto responders allow you to send automatic replies to emails received on a specific account. Follow this guide to set up an auto responder in cPanel.
Step 1: Log in to cPanel

Visit
http://yourdomain.com/cpanel

Enter your username and password.
Step 2: Access the Auto Responder Settings
✔ Scroll down to the Mail section.
✔ Click on Auto Responders.
✔ Click Add Auto Responder.
Step 3: Configure Your Auto Responder
1️⃣ Email: Enter the email address you want to set the auto responder for.
2️⃣ From: Enter the sender name that will appear on the auto-response.
3️⃣ Subject: Choose a subject line or use the default setting.
4️⃣ Character Set: Leave it at default (UTF-8) or select ASCII if needed.
5️⃣ HTML Option: Check the box if your message contains HTML formatting.
6️⃣ Message Body: Type the response message that will be sent automatically.
7️⃣ Click Create/Modify to save.
Step 4: Verify & Manage Your Auto Responders
✔ You’ll see a confirmation message that your auto responder has been created.
✔ Click Go Back to view, edit, or delete auto responders.
✔ You can create multiple auto responders as needed.
Step 5: Exit Securely
✔ Click Home to return to cPanel.
✔ Always Logout when using a public computer to protect your account.
