How to add an email account in Microsoft outlook
Open Outlook and select File > Add Account. Enter your name, email address and password than click on next. On Next Screen Select POP or IMAP option Username: your email ID Password: Use the email account’s password. Incoming Server: mail.yourdomain.com IMAP Port: 993 POP3 Port: 995 Outgoing Server: mail.yourdomain.com SMTP Port: 465 Select next and finish.
