Welcome to Hostfast! The Netcom Company Registered Name (The Netcom Internet Marketing Company.)

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of The NetCom’s Website, located at https://hostfast.pk.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Hostfast if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice, and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “You’re” refers to you, the person who logs on to this website and is compliant with the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client most appropriately for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated services, by and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

1. Domain Transfer Policy

Free Domain with any hosting plan of any extension if transfer before 2nd-year renewal is subject to 20$ USD Fee charges for authorization code. however, before the 3rd-year renewal and onward, no transfer fee will be charged.

Domains that are purchased with full payment are subject to a free transfer at any time.

2. Account Termination Policy

If the Customer fails to pay within the due date, All the data related to the account is subject to deletion after 30 Days After Suspension. including, Emails, Websites, and Media files. Regardless of your billing cycle however it is monthly or yearly.

Ensuring On-time payments is solely the customer’s responsibility.

3. Billing & Invoicing

The automated system sends invoices to customers 14 days in advance, The Invoice will considered as notice for payment. The Netcom is not liable for verbal or written notice before or after account suspension.  A late Fee of 20% will be charged in case of delayed payment after the due date.

4. Cookies

We deploy the use of cookies. By accessing Hostfast, you agree to use cookies in agreement with The NetCom’s Privacy Policy.

Most interactive websites use cookies to let us retrieve the user’s details for each visit. Cookies are used by our website to enable the functionality of certain areas to make it easier for people visiting our website. Some of our affiliate/advertising partners may also use cookies.

5. Refund Policy

Domain Registration, SSL, VPS, SEO, Web Hosting, and Website Services Payments are not refundable, however, it is a direct purchase or included in the Package/Plan whereas it’s applicable. Free and discount Coupons are non-refundable.

6. Content Restrictions and DMCA Compliance

Adult commercial sites are not permitted including lingerie sales, adult toy e-commerce sites, Viagra sales, adult health and sexuality, and similar if all models are over 18. Pornographic media is not permitted. In case the term’s violation account will be blocked without refunding any amount.

The following content is forbidden on our hosting:

  • Any bots, including IRC or other social bots e.g. Telegram bots
  • Any Warez (i.e. copyrighted content you do not have rights to)
  • Phishing Content
  • Bulk mailing
  • Audio streaming
  • Video “tube” websites
  • IP Scanners, Brute Force Programs;
  • Any financial institution websites (banking, insurance, investment) unless explicitly approved in writing from our team who will ask to see proof of regulatory approval.
  • Pharmaceutical websites
  • Lottery sites
  • File Storage, including movies, applications, and computer backups
  • File upload websites
  • Distribution of confidential and personal information;
  • NextCloud/OpenCloud

b6. Media Streaming

We support HTTP streaming on shared servers; however, live streaming is not supported.

c6. DCMA Compliance

Most of our infrastructure is in the US, which puts your web presence under the jurisdiction of US law. Laws like the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We may be required by law to send you notices such as DMCA takedown notices, UDRP notices, etc, please note that we will comply with the requests.

7. Impersonate Sites

Impersonation, fraud, or any malicious website will be removed from the system, The Netcom does not hold responsibility for data deletion. In case the term’s violation account will be blocked without refunding any amount.

8. Data Sharing

The Netcom may share the user data without user consent to any government and security agencies when required under the Cyber laws of Pakistan.

The Netcom does not Sell or Share the user data with any 3rd Party, for any purpose.

9. Data Deletion

Websites hosted with us on cPanel, Reseller, and VPS accounts, are subject to automatic data deletion once it’s suspended due to non-payment or any other reason, Netcom does not hold responsible for data deletion after the account suspension.

10. Social Media Login Data Deletion

We may collect Personal Data from you, such as your first and last name, gender, e-mail and mailing address, professional title, company name, and password when you create an account via Direct on HostFast, via Facebook, Google, and Twitter, for invoicing and login purposes. You can request any time to remove your data from our websites to info@hostfast.pk

11. iFrames

Without prior approval and written permission, you may not be able to create frames around our web pages that change our website’s visual presentation or appearance.

12. Content Liability

We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on your Website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that are rising on your Website. No link(s) should appear on any Website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene, or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third-party rights.

14. Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve of immediately removing all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and its linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our Website, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and conditions.

Removal of links from our website

If you find any link on our Website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us at any moment. We will consider requests to remove links but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.

We do not ensure that the information on this website is correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we promise to ensure that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up to date.

16. FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party shall be liable to the other for any loss or damage resulting from any cause beyond its reasonable control (a “Force Majeure Event”) including, but not limited to, insurrection or civil disorder, riot, war or military operations, national or local emergency, acts or directives or omissions of government or other competent authority, compliance with any statutory obligation or executive order, strike, lock-out, work stoppage, industrial disputes of any kind (whether or not involving either party’s employees), any Act of God, fire, lightning, explosion, flood, earthquake, the eruption of a volcano, storm, subsidence, the weather of exceptional severity, equipment or facilities breakages/shortages which are being experienced by providers of telecommunications services generally, or other similar force beyond such Party’s reasonable control, and acts or omissions of persons for whom neither party is responsible. Upon the occurrence of a Force Majeure Event and to the extent such occurrence interferes with either party’s performance of this Agreement, such party shall be excused from the performance of its obligations (other than payment obligations) during the first six months of such interference, provided that such party uses best efforts to avoid or remove such causes of non-performance as soon as possible.
